Claire works in the both the Probate Team and the Court of Protection Team.
Claire works closely with Susanne Furness and John Longworth. She is experienced in all of the matters surrounding:
- Obtaining Grants of Representation
- Estate administration
- Advising Personal Representatives and beneficiaries
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Applications to the Court of Protection
- Assisting in the administration of an individual’s affairs
