How we can help
If you’re the victim of domestic abuse your first port of call in any instance should be to contact the police by dialling 999. However, if you feel you don’t have the confidence to go to the police, or if for any circumstances the police aren’t able to assist you, our qualified team of solicitors are committed to assisting you in breaking the toxic cycle of abuse.
What we can help you with
- Non-molestation (restraining) orders/injunctions: Such order would enable you to stop your partner from contacting you or coming within a certain distance from you, or – if necessary – your children.
- Occupation order: If you’re currently experiencing domestic abuse from within your own home, an occupation order will allow you to manage how this is handled.
