We provide a free initial discussion to all of our clients and our prospective clients, should they require the same which can be done over the telephone or by attending our twice-weekly surgeries at our offices at 50 Wellington Road, Ashton under Lyne.

Monday Surgery Sessions (please note our free legal surgery offers a 10 minute interview – If the case is of substance a further formal appointment can be made)

General Surgery – 4.30pm-5.30pm

Thursday Surgery Sessions (please note our free legal surgery offers a 10 minute interview – If the case is of substance a further formal appointment can be made)

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is necessary if you wish to attend the Monday or Thursday Surgeries – just turn up at our offices as we should be able to see you the same day.

We will provide you with preliminary advice, details on the options available to you, timescales, how your case can be funded including any funding options that may be available.

Unable to attend?

If you are unable to make surgery, please contact us and we will endeavour to have a preliminary discussion with you free of charge.
