Sue joined Bromleys at the start of 2017 working alongside John Longworth, who heads Bromleys’ Court of Protection and wills, probate and trusts departments.
Qualifying as a solicitor in 1997, Sue began her career at Bullock, Worthington & Jackson Solicitors where she remained for 6 years before joining a city centre law firm as an Associate Solicitor practising for 13 years.
Sue specialises in issues which typically (but not always) affect the elderly and brings her extensive experience of estate planning and estate administration, as well as her specialist knowledge of charity administration. Sue is currently studying and undertaking the Society of Trust and Estates diploma exams. Sue strengthens our offering in this area in a department which has seen significant growth over the last couple of years.
Sue also has experience in Court of Protection matters which is an area of law which can make a real and meaningful difference to the quality of life of those who come under the Court’s jurisdiction.
