We’re thrilled to announce the return of Tameside Women in Business (TWIBs) for our second event of 2025! After a fantastic start to the year, we’re keeping the momentum going with another inspiring afternoon designed to inform, connect, and empower local Tameside women in business.
This event will be held at The Restaurant @ Tameside One in Ashton-under-Lyne from 12pm to 2pm.
We’re excited to welcome Marie Hare from Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council as our guest speaker. Marie’s work focuses on promoting well-being and creating positive, healthy work environments, her expertise makes her a perfect fit to lead this empowering session.
Marie will deliver a session titled “Happy and Healthy at Work?”. In this session she will explore the significance of maintaining well-being in the workplace, sharing tips to encourage happiness and health in professional settings. Expect to walk away with actionable insights on how small changes can lead to big improvements in focus, creativity, and overall workplace satisfaction.
As always, guests will enjoy a delightful lunch, prepared by the talented catering and hospitality students at The Restaurant @ Tameside One. This is a beloved highlight of every TWIBS event, showcasing the exceptional skills of local students while providing attendees with a delicious free meal.
