Bromleys Solicitors’ high standards of client service and practice management have once again been recognised with two major industry accreditations.

The firm has retained the Law Society’s Lexcel quality mark and membership of the society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

The Lexcel accreditation recognises high standards in areas such as client care and practice management. Bromleys has held this quality mark continuously since 2005.

The CQS recognises firms which pass a rigorous annual assessment and are shown to provide excellent service to clients during the home-buying process. Bromleys has now been accredited under the scheme for nine years in a row.

Senior partner Mark Hirst said: “These accreditations reflect Bromleys’ unwavering commitment to provide the highest possible standards of service to our growing client base.

“We are delighted to have retained our Lexcel status and our membership of the CQS scheme.

“Passing Lexcel with flying colours is a particularly impressive achievement, considering the assessment covered the period of the introduction of GDPR and new money laundering regulations.

“Our robust policies demonstrate we have got to grips with the new regulatory regime.

“We are also pleased to note that the overall feedback from those interviewed was extremely positive and that people are very happy working at Bromleys. Our staff like the way in which we operate generally, and many have gone so far as to say it is the best place they have ever worked.

“Our thanks go to partner Olivia Bell and practice manager Louise Nolan for their efforts in preparing for the Lexcel assessment.”

Partner Paul Westwell, who heads Bromleys’ property department, said: “We are yet again thrilled to receive the CQS accreditation.

“It’s a fantastic accolade for the department, and demonstrates to our clients our continued investment in new technology and processes to ensure they receive a professional, reliable and efficient service.”

In addition to these accreditations, Bromleys holds Investors in People Gold status, recognising the firm’s commitment to excellence in the workplace, including its management of people, its leadership and culture, and its dedication to continuous improvement.
