Be your whole self this World Mental Health Day

Tomorrow, Saturday 10 October, marks World Mental Health Day.

This year has been tough for everyone and the months of lockdown and the many other consequences of the pandemic have had a huge impact on all of us, with many of us feeling more stressed than usual.
