Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners

STEP accreditation

Francesca Rigby has been awarded the STEP accreditation. STEP is a global professional body, comprising lawyers, accountants, trustees and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures. 

Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE)

Francesca Rigby is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.  In order to be a fully accredited SFE member, lawyers must have a minimum of three years’ experience advising in areas of older client law and have completed the Older Client Care in Practice Award – a qualification which demonstrates the specialist client care skills that enable lawyers to advise and support older and vulnerable clients. 

The Law Society Children Law Accreditation Scheme

Rachael Frankland is a member of APIL, with extensive experience in dealing with personal injury claims on behalf of those who are victims or injured by an accident and seeking compensation for the injuries they have sustained.
