Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners

STEP accreditation

Francesca Rigby has been awarded the STEP accreditation. STEP is a global professional body, comprising lawyers, accountants, trustees and other practitioners that help families plan for their futures. 

Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE)

Francesca Rigby is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.  In order to be a fully accredited SFE member, lawyers must have a minimum of three years’ experience advising in areas of older client law and have completed the Older Client Care in Practice Award – a qualification which demonstrates the specialist client care skills that enable lawyers to advise and support older and vulnerable clients. 

Family Law Advanced Accreditation

Keith Bull is an accredited Family Law Advance specialist which is an accreditation awarded by the Law Society. The accreditation is a recognised quality standard for family law practitioners and covers specialist areas of family law work.

 

Resolution first for Family Law

Resolution is an organisation of family lawyers and other professionals who are committed to constructive, non-confrontational ways to resolve divorce, separation and other family-related legal issues.

Resolution Specialist

Keith Bull became the only solicitor in Greater Manchester to be accredited by the Resolution organisation in four different specialist areas (March 2019). Keith specialises in the fields of domestic abuse, finances, private children matters and in cohabitation disputes relating to land and financial issues. Keith is also one of just five lawyers in the Manchester area to be recognised by Resolution for the cohabitation specialism.

Resolution Collaborative Family Lawyer

This accreditation is awarded to specially trained family lawyers who are committed to resolving any family-related legal issues outside of the court room, avoiding any unnecessary costs and upset for all parties involved.

The Law Society Children Law Accreditation Scheme

 Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL)

Mark Hirst and Rachael Frankland are members of APIL, with extensive experience in dealing with personal injury claims on behalf of those who are victims or injured by an accident and seeking compensation for the injuries they have sustained.
